All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please allow 7-10 days for shipping once payment has been received. Please contact me if there is a problem with your order.
Miwa Beauty is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed items once they have shipped. In the event your package is delayed, please contact the courier (USPS) provided in your shipping email/tracking #.
Please make sure you enter the correct address when placing your order. Incorrect addresses may cause a delay with your shipment. We DO NOT refund or discount shipping costs for delayed packages. Please keep in mind we WILL NOT change the shipping address once your order is placed. If your package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We will not be held responsible for returned packages due to an incorrect address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate information is entered when placing the order.
For international orders, please note that we are NOT responsible for import duties, taxes, and any other charges. The buyer is responsible for all fees outside of the cost of your order and shipping. Please contact your local customs to determine any extra fees you may experience before purchasing from our site.
